Description
A magnetic filter is used on a heat pump to capture magnetic and non-ferrous debris that can build up in the system, such as rust, corrosion, and other particulate matter. This debris can cause blockages, reduced efficiency, and even breakdowns in the heat pump, impacting its performance and lifespan.
They remove debris (similar to a strainer) and sludge. This helps to improve system performance by keeping your system clean and maintaining the correct flow rate which is essential to best practice for Heat Pump operation.
Easy Heat Pumps/Logicool offer a selection of Magnetic Heat Pumps depending on manufacturer or Easy Heat Pumps preference as well as pipe sizing (28mm MF for 28mm pipe or 25mm MF for 35mm pipe) to ensure and maintain optimum flow rates.
