DON’T choose a heat pump yourself without getting proper advice
DON’T allow someone who does not understand heat pumps to select the product
DON’T select the product based on nominal (advertised) heating capacities
DON’T allow someone without the correct training to install the product. Heat Pumps are not standard plumbing and heating products. They are designed to and operate at lower flow and output temperatures than typical forms of heating such as Combi and Oil systems
