Easy Heat Pumps offer our installers a variety of Inhibitors, Glycol and Antifreeze Valves for use with our Heat Pumps. Frost protection is essential for use with a Heat Pump system. Refer to the manufacturers instructions for guidance on frost protection, if you need additional information our technical staff are available to help.

Most manufacturers of R290 heat pumps state that Glycol should not be used in a R290 system, and therefore Antifreeze valves plus a biocide / inhibitor is the choice for these heat pumps..

Inhibitor and biocide are essential in low temperature system to prevent corrosion, bacterial contamination and fungal growth
